“It was a great experience. The bus had plenty of snacks and a bathroom on board. It was snowing during our trip so it made it quite magical. The food options were plentiful as well and we had ample time to experience both castles.”

Some refund was provided but we still paid more than others on the tour for a front seat and drinks / snacks. The castle group tours were overcrowded…”
